Clémentine BOUR

Member of the Paris Bar

Clémentine BOUR holds a master’s degree in civil and criminal law and a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.

Between 2020 and 2024, she worked as an associate at VAN TESLAAR AVOCATS with Sebastian VAN TESLAAR, a lawyer specialising in personal injury compensation. Thanks to this experience, she has acquired expertise in all aspects of personal injury law, enabling her to provide her clients with specialised and rigorous assistance.

Wishing to continue her training in the field of personal injury law, she obtained a University Diploma in Personal Injury Law from the University of Toulouse and an Inter-University Diploma in the Evaluation of Head Injuries from the University of St Quentin-en-Yvelines, both in 2021.

In 2023, she will continue her training in medical liability by obtaining a new University Diploma in Medical Litigation from the Université Paris-Cité.

Clémentine BOUR is a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL), an association of European lawyers specialising in personal injury.

Like the other members of the firm, Clémentine BOUR acts exclusively in the interests of victims, to help them obtain the fairest possible compensation.
